Shipping

Whilst accessories can be shipped Australia-wide by air we prefer to send drivers, enclosures and complete kits by road transport, partly due to the lower cost given the typical weight and size. Please contact us to discuss shipping options and costs.

Returns

Kits cannot be returned for refund. Defective parts will be replaced by Esoterik Audio provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Complete speakers are covered by a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase.
